Plan. Roster. Run.
Three stages in one system, each feeding the next, so the day you run is the plan you made, with every change recorded.
Plan the need
From patient census and planned admissions, or the flight schedule (SSIM), Crew Command Centre works out how many nurses, HCAs or agents you need every five minutes of the week.
- Care and task rules typed as sentences
- Shrinkage and the roster target
- What-if: more beds, a new route
Roster the people
It picks the shifts that cover the need, builds roster lines and puts people on them, by hand, automatically or by seniority bidding with AI doing the awards.
- Working-time, rest and skill rules checked on every change
- Leave slots, swaps and trades by exception
- Line bidding with a reason for every award
Run the day
Live feeds move the day; tasks go to qualified people who are clocked in on site; sickness, lateness and overtime become anomalies that flow to payroll.
- Safe staffing and red flags in real time
- Auto-allocate within the rules
- Timesheets and the payroll file
Safe staffing you can see, hour by hour
Patients now, from the hospital's patient system, against beds; registered nurses and HCAs on duty against what the care rules need; patients per nurse against the day and night limits; care hours per patient day.
- Red flags follow the NICE guidance where the roster can show them
- Consecutive problem hours show as one flag, not twenty
- Cover a sickness with one click: tasks re-allocate to who is on site
Bidding where AI does the heavy lifting
Staff rank the lines they want and the most senior choose first. AI suggests rankings for anyone who didn't bid, awards every line with its reason and fit, and reports how the bid went.
- First-choice and top-three rates for each seniority group
- Change any award by hand; swaps are checked
- Publish straight to the roster and My Hub
Leave, run by exception
Every request is checked against the leave slots, the balance and the notice, with a recommendation. Approve the straightforward ones in one go; when a day is full, offer the nearest free dates.
- Plans the slots for the rest of the leave year
- Finds people about to lose leave and nudges them
- Sickness, training and other absences on the same rules
Every record, one screen
The organisation tree, the employee list, contracts and leave groups side by side, with each person's record underneath. Pick several people with Ctrl or Shift and change them together.
- Anomalies described in plain words: "sick for 3 working days from Monday"
- Swaps and trades recorded on everyone involved
- Skills and training with expiry dates
Clocking in that can't be fooled
No card readers and no fingerprints. Staff clock in on their own phone at the entrance, and a one-time code proves they are really there.
- 1Arrive at an entrance
Press Clock in in My Hub. The server checks the location, the phone, the network and the shift. Nothing counts yet.
- 2The entrance recognises them
Only when that door's screen is on is a single-use code made, shown beside their first name and initial.
- 3Type the code in 10 seconds
The clock-in is recorded at the moment they arrived. Late, wrong or from another phone, it is refused.
Say what you need. It does it the right way.
Staff type "When can I go for a week?", "Swap my Friday with Jade" or "I'm sick today". My Hub turns it into the right request, checks the rules first, and updates live when anything changes.
Built for wards. Proven on the ramp.
Hospitals and wards
Safe staffing from the patients on the ward, not last year's template.
- Census and acuity from HL7 ADT messages, no patient names kept
- Nurse-to-patient ratios by day and night, with red flags
- Leave, sickness and swaps under the ward's rules
- Entrance clocking and the payroll file
Airports and ground handlers
From the flight schedule to the person on the stand.
- Tasks from flights and rules, moved by the live feed
- Gate, ramp and check-in cover with queue estimates
- Assignment boards for the ops room
- Skills checked on every task
